I'm fairly new to investing and I was just wondering if now would be the perfect time to max out my margins and invest everything into the market. My reasoning being was that there is so much room for growth if I invest in high value companies that were hit hard during the crash so the more cash I pump into the market the better. I feel as if the risks are lower than ever while the rewards are higher than ever. Is there a downside to investing with margins? What are the dangers of going through with this? Thanks
I'd like to be able to sell uncovered put options. For that, I need level 4 option trading, which requires margin account and $25,000. Can I use Margin Power on my TFSA account, which has $25k+, to get level 4 option trading on my margin account?

I don't even know how to properly title my question, but I'm aware of crypto trading at a very, very surface level (extremely superficial understanding) and today I became aware of margin trading, in light of the OKEx 10x and 20x margin trading. Can somebody ELI5 what all this means?
Is Day Trading $25k Minimum Balance only for trading with margin money?
Hello, Is Day Trading $25k Minimum Balance for trading with margin money only? If I have cash balance (less than $25k) in broker account, and Only want to trade with my debit cash amount, and NOT trade with the 1:4 using margin money, Do I still need $25k minimum balance to day trade using only my money and not margin?
I have about $21k in buying power at the moment with just under $15k being cash. $6 margin. If I get more marging (over $25k for day trading) can I day trade without restrictions, or do I need to have $25k of my own money (no margin included) to do this?
Hiya. So, I use an International Broker to buy American securities. It's no big deal. What I do is, at the end of every month, I send $1,350 to my account. There are times, however, when I see market opportunities (like an unexpected dip, or whatever) and I have no cash in the account. This is because I already used the $1,350 for other investments for that month. In this case, can I trade using margin and pay it back at the end of the month? Is there a cost to using Margin (and I don't mean the cost of losing it all, I mean fees, expenses, interest, etc.) I don't have any plans on using Margin to pay for investments with money I don't actually have.
The Utah Jazz had the #1 Offensive Rating in the NBA since trading for Jordan Clarkson on December 23rd, with a considerable margin above the Dallas Mavericks. With Bojan Bogdanovic out, where do you expect their offense to rank in the bubble?
Utah's offensive rating since December 23rd was 116.5, and the Dallas Mavericks had the #1 offense in the league for the full year at 115.8. It's easy to say this is a cherry picking stat, but it's for the majority of the season, and the eye test adds context given that the Jazz probably had the worst bench unit in the NBA until trading for Clarkson. However, Bogdanovic is now out with injury and was averaging over 20 points a game. He was also the go-to option down the stretch in close games, with two notable game winners this season. The Jazz will clearly miss his offensive upside, but given that they were already elite offensively, how do you expect them to rank offensively without him in the bubble?
